Keep JellieSOS open until the server confirms receipt. Sending while your phone is locked or the app is closed is not guaranteed.

Use My groups and Members to manage your group. Sent and Received keep your SOS history and acknowledgements separate.

On this browser, completed SOS locations are removed seven days after acknowledgement is recorded. Unresolved SOS locations stay saved until you delete them.

Delete my account and data?

This permanently deletes this device’s account, all its memberships and sent SOS records from the live server, plus saved data on this device. Other members keep their own data. If you own a shared group, another active member becomes its owner.

Other separately registered devices, copies already saved by recipients and existing backups are not erased by this action. For those requests or an expired session, contact hello@jellielabs.com.
