jellieSOS Support
jellieSOS helps you send an SOS alert and your available location to people in your private group. Use it to keep your group informed when you need help.
Create a group
Open jellieSOS, enter your name and a group name, then tap Create group. Connect to the internet to complete setup. You join the group automatically.
Invite members
Open Group → My groups → Invite others. Share the invitation link or QR code privately with the people you want to join. They open the invitation, enter their name and tap Join group. If an invitation has expired, ask the group admin for a new one.
Send an SOS alert
After joining a group, open Me and tap SEND ALARM when you need help. Allow location access if you want to share your available location. Keep the app open until the server confirms receipt.
Check Alerts → Sent for status updates. Group members can check Alerts → Received and open the alert’s available location. Server receipt does not mean someone has seen or acknowledged your alert.
Enable notifications
Under Me, use Enable notifications and accept the device permission request. If notifications are blocked, allow them in your phone’s app settings or your browser’s site settings, then return to jellieSOS. Check that your device’s notification and Focus or Do Not Disturb settings allow alerts.
Connectivity and emergencies
jellieSOS requires an internet connection to create or join groups and deliver alerts and updates. An alert saved on your device has not necessarily been delivered. Delivery while the app is closed or your phone is locked is not guaranteed.
jellieSOS does not automatically contact emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services directly. Do not rely on jellieSOS as your only way to get help.
Contact support
For help with jellieSOS, email our existing JellieLabs contact address. Include your device type, app version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, private invitation links or precise location details.
This inbox is for app support, not emergency assistance.
